I researched online for different ways and plugins that were offered for adding a recipe to my blog and decided on Ziplist. It is fairly new, the plugin for WordPress has been available since June.
I just started using Ziplist to offer my recipes on my blog, it is really easy to use, lets you add nutritional values, servings per recipe and complete directions. What I like is it offers the capability to print recipes right from the blog post. And you can open an account with Ziplist and save recipes so you’ll never lose them, and access them from your phone. You can quickly and easily add recipes from partner sites and from blogs that you visit that use Ziplist. It saves the recipe for you to access the whole recipe and includes a photo. You can add the ingredients to your phone shopping list for convenience.
From recipes you have saved, you can share them with friends by email a link or through social media and Pinit to Pinterest.
When setting up your recipe, you can add a key picture associated with your recipe along with your other photos into the app as well.

I haven’t used Ziplist before. Is it only for recipes, or are there shopping tips on it as well?
Hi Sarah, yes the Ziplist is for recipes only, I liked it for the layout and the ability to give my readers a chance to print the recipe, was easy to install. Of course they have a website where you save recipes and create shopping lists. Thanks for stopping by, have a great week!
