What I Made Yesterday Wordless Wednesday

Oh My Heartsie Girl Wordless Wednesday

This is my first Wordless Wednesday this year, hope you will join in and participate. And with a new year I have new things that I would like to share. I found I am enjoying paper arts, journaling and the use of scrapbooking papers to be creative. Here is a one of my first tries at paper art, I watched videos where other crafters used Junior Mints boxes for the outside cover of a journal, so I thought I would try a Bandaid box. I first covered the bandaid box in a packing paper, and distressed that, then added the intricate cut design along with the side border and used a hand sewn binding to add the 7 signature pages, some are blank pages some are lined. Using patterned paper on every other signature in  turquoise, mauve and pinks. I added beads onto each thread to complete. So this is my first sharing of one of my art paper projects hope to share more soon. You can check out previous post for doilies I made for a swap on Art & Sassy here
