Stuffed Shells With Turkey And Spinach 3 comments

We have always made Lasagna but I wanted something different, so over the weekend I got the idea I wanted to try some stuffed shells, so I found this recipe to try but with my modifications. This is how I changed up the recipe by using turkey in place of sausage and cottage cheese for the ricotta cheese, I also added a half diced onion and fresh diced mushrooms and in place of the diced tomatoes I used a bottle of spaghetti sauce and added 1 cup of Parmesan cheese to the mixture.

Stuffed Shells

Helpful Hint: Boil your shells for just 10 minutes, drain and cool to stop cooking then place each shell on parchment paper or tinfoil until read to fill. This way they wont stick together before you get to them. Check out other recipes that my followers have added ++Add your favorites
