Should You Make Changes? 3 comments

Head Back Over to Wordless Wednesday

Have you been feeling like things just aren't right and you're totally unhappy with your fitness, health and current weight?

Should you just ride it out and hope that you feel differently or that the situation improves on it's own?

This choice would actually be the worse thing that you can do. If you try nothing, you get nothing. Making no changes will only get you what you already have. Are you happy with that? If not then changes are necessary to get wherever you'd like to be.

You might be feeling like changing is just too hard. You don't want to give up this and you don't want to do that.

Keep this in mind:

  1. You are not alone.
  2. You aren't the only person who ever needed to lose weight.
  3. You aren't the only person who didn't eat as well as they should.
  4. You aren't the only person who needs to improve their health.
  5. You aren't the only person who in unhappy with how they look or feel.

But …

You are the only one that can achieve this for you. How bad do want change in your life? Be the change that want to see. Make your healthy changes turn into healthy habits when you consistently stick to your changes.

Making changes.

Eat less, eat healthier, drink water, use healthy supplements like Shakeology (The healthiest meal of the day) and get your body moving. Out of shape? No problem! Do just a little at a time if you need to and build up from there.

It's okay if you can't start out with an hour long workout. of the week. Doing something, beats nothing any day. You'll be surprised at how much you actually can do if you stick with it.

It won't always be easy, but don't give up. Most worthwhile things in life take some type of effort to accomplish. You are more than worth it. Your body, your health and YOU will thank you when, not if, you succeed!
