Welcome To The Oh My Heartsie Girl Friday Feature Linky Party Everyday Living Dining room table- Books magazinesFrom Everyday Living 2 Inserts // I love how she has displayed books. Very little decoration on the table except a candle (red currant scent), a plate of Granny Smith apples (from Tablescape Tuesday: Let’s Party!) and a terrarium with moss and a couple of male red birds.  Butch plants rye grass every winter and it is so neat to watch the cardinals as they land on the bright green grass with their brilliant red plumage!Mikas fruit raptureMikasa’s “Fruit Rapture” pattern always makes for a colorful table.  The white charger is my go-to “Baroque” pattern by American Atelier.  The flatware is our everyday stainless by Reed and Barton, a yellow cotton napkin completes each setting! And now for the party you have all come for.

12-Tips-on-Choosing-the-Right-Paint-Colors-Life-With-Lorelai-1024x1024

From Life With  Lorelai // What should you take into consideration?
You may have read previously that we are turning a room in Luke’s house into a Guest Room / Rory Room. You can read about some of our Bedding Ideas, here. A major part of re-doing any room is painting, but what color do you choose? Choosing the right Paint Colors is always one of the most difficult decisions to make.Julies Manicure

From Julie’s Lifestyle. // Julie offers tips on Manicures. I will post about a certain type of makeup, nail polish, face or hair product etc.  It will be a fun place to come visit about anything to do with beauty.  Nail Art

Mint Brownies pm2

From Christys Cooking Creations // Brownie cupcakes that are lip smacking delicious on their own, top them with Irish cream frosting and they become truly decadent. The brownies are fudgy, the frosting is velvety and they are brought together by a touch of mint flavor in each. Not a fan of mint in your desserts? Don’t run away! I have included alternate instructions for you, a non-mint version of both the frosting and the brownies.
choux-cream-puff From 60 The New 40 // I was not expecting it to be very successful on my first try and so I did not take any photos. The choux pastry gluten free, turned out better than I can remember doing it with a wheat flour.  So as I did not take any photos to show you, I am making another batch today.  If you don’t want gluten free just change the flour. It is a quick and easy recipe, especially after you have done it once and you know what to expect.

That table setting is beautiful and the cupcakes, I pinned that recipe to make for my daughter’s upcoming birthday as she is a mint lover.
