Friday Feature Linky Party 14 comments

Friday Features Bloghop
I wanted to let my friends know why I have been MIA for the last 2 weeks, 4 weeks ago my husband went to the hospital where they did an angiogram they put in 2 stents in, 13 hours later he went into cardiac arrest, after 7 minutes they revived him and then 2 days later they inserted a pacemaker/defibrillator. After coming home we thought everything was going to be ok but for the first 2 1/2 weeks he was not gaining strength as they thought he should be and for the last 2 he was really struggling, with shortness of breath and strength in his legs. He had a scheduled trip to the doctor but when on arriving home, I had to call 911 and while my neighbor performed CPR we waited for the ambulance they worked to try to stabilize him and then transported him to the hospital where they could not get a regular heartbeat or pulse.  Now it is with great sadness in my heart that he passed away on June 12th. I am missing him so much as I was his caretaker for the last 5 years and was always doing something for him all day long. He tried not to ask me to help but he just could not function independently. But I spoiled him every way I could. I have had such an outpouring of love and because we have customers from literally around the world it has been amazing to have them writing to us!! My emotions are all over the place with the new responsibilities of running his business with my son Justin to step in to help and comfort me!! He has been doing our manufacturing for the past 15 years. it is an entanglement of tasks I am undertaking, hopefully, things will smooth out soon. We had a celebration of life with his twin daughters from Florida, my daughter and granddaughter from Salt Lake, Justin and I. I am comforted through my faith that he is in Gods hands and no longer suffering from all his ailments and that we will meet again someday!
It took me all day but I have our party is ready.
