And one more…..my own special cookies I have made for over 30 years—Cherry Slice I have made these for my family, friends and they always a hit, made with a shortbread cookie crust and topped with a luscious topping of eggs, brown sugar, cherries, and nuts, drizzled with a bit of icing so as not to make them to sweet………Delicious!!!
