How Do You Prioritize Your Time and Money 1 comment

Prioritize or Miss Out

People have to prioritize their time; otherwise, or it will go out the window. There is an example of prioritizing time in the way of fitting different objects into a jar. The jar signifies the day.

The objects within the jar—ping-pong balls, marbles, sand and water—signify what’s most important to least important. What’s most important in a person’s life is what they need to place first.

The example shows that when the objects are placed in the jar backwards, the most important things won’t fit in the jar. Do things like watch TV all day and a person won’t file their taxes on time.

However, fill the jar with the most important things first and everything will fill in where it’s needed.

The same holds true for money. Spend money on frivolous things and money won’t be available for more important things. Reserve money for vacations, remodeling, good food, bills and things that can be used to make memories for family members and friends.

Also, money needs to be saved where possible too. While it’s good to spend money on where it’s most needed, it’s wise to save money so that it can go further. For example, renovation expert sales can ensure that a household can get a renovation job done while saving money in the process. When you look back and think about it,

Time is short, and money comes but once. People need to be wise with both. Put the most important things first. Spend time with family members and friends. Explore passions, and pursue them. The small things will fall into place.

Do it now! can affect every phase of your life. It can help you do the things you should do but don’t feel like doing. It can keep you from procrastinating when an unpleasant duty faces you. But it can also help you do those things that you want to do. It helps you seize those precious moments that, if lost, may never be retrieved. ~Napoleon Hill
