Premium Matcha Green Tea Review

Matcha Green Tea Review

I was sent samples of Mocafe Matcha Green Tea Drink to try
My recipe for my drink was simple
1 Banana cut up
A cup full of ice (Do wish I had used more ice)
16 oz of Lactose Milk
And I blended.
At first I thought it tasted like vanilla but then the banana flavor came through.
I did some research and found the word matcha is Japenese for powdered Green Tea
The Matcha Green Tea actually has 10 times more the
polyphenols and antioxidants of regular teas and is full of  beta-carotene.

To me it seemed a little sweet, so I checked to see
what what used as a sweetener and found it to be sugar, so Im ok
with that, as I do not like the artificial sweeteners. I definitely like the “Matcha Green Tea”
cold but it can be made hot and into frappes, maybe some sherbet?
Once blended it was smooth and tasted refreshing!

It was a great meal replacement for my breakfast and would
recommend it to others, I didnt have to eat for another 4 hours.
Matcha Green Tea comes in many flavors and smoothie mixes as well. And as I was
looking through their website I found
Azteca D’oro 1519 Mexican Spiced Cocoa that I would e interested in trying.

I also liked that it gave me energy and didnt make me feel jittery like a strong coffee. Sometimes I like a really good coffee when I am out and about and most often will stop at Star Buck’s.
