I never understand this phrasing. If all entries are optional, do I get to claim credit for being a fan of each site if I only fulfill some of the things in a specific site’s rafflecopter? or do I have to do everything for a site to claim being a fan? I don’t want to claim what I shouldn’t, but I don’t like subscribing to lots of newsletters.
