For my Feature Friday, I wanted to introduce you to a friend I have met that loves to cook and finds short cuts for recipes. Her blog is “Three Generations of Living Outload”.  I’m glad that Bobi agreed to let me share her Valentine’s Day Coconut Cupcakes and get to know her. She;s an awesome cook with new ideas!!!

Bobi will be making these cookies for her mom since she will be visiting, she has used a cake and icing mix to achieve this goodness. But like she says, she does her twist to make them different and delicious. One of the ingredients is using coconut flavoring!!

 “Bobi loves to cook and create dishes.  She gets her inspiration by other dishes and think’s of what she can do to make it different.  You’ll find that she likes to keep her posts brief so you can see what you come to see….the recipe.  She says, “she does not look hard to find ingredients, so most of what you need to make her dishes are common ingredients”. She takes shortcuts most of the time but you will still find “from scratch” recipes on her site.  She say’s, ” I’m like pretty much like everyone else and have time constraints here and there.  But it’s all still yummy in the end!!!”

I will tell you I have made one of her recipes, her Banana Peanut Butter Bread it is delicious and this recipe is made from scratch!! We loved it and I made it 3 times!!!
