Thanks so much for hosting! Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. I had a case of sciatica a few weeks ago. This is nothing new for me as I have severe curvature of the spine and sometimes just a sudden turn gets me problems.

I am so sorry to hear about your sciatica, Karren! My husband suffers with periodic sciatica attacks, so I have witnessed how painful and uncomfortable they can be! I hope you find some relief soon! Thank you for hosting !

Thank you Wendy for your kind thoughts, I dont know what your husband does to try and get relief? I went to the chiropractor 3 times in 5 days and then decided on acupuncture to try and get relief. This is the worst bout I have ever had and found relief using BioFreeze in the spray form, along with moist heat. It seems to be settling down now.

Hi Debbie, Your right about sudden turns, this time mine was from tripping in my office over a box of craft paints and a caught myself, this is the worst I have ever experienced, usually with stretching, heat and using BioFreeze helps. This time I went to the chiropractor 3 times in 5 days and then acupuncture to get relief. It is abating now. Thank you for stopping by this week and for linking up.
