I have not cooked with or maybe rather IN clay before, but my mom has! She makes a very tasty “Greek Clay Chicken”! YUM! I would probably give that a shot as my first dish in this wonderful pot.

No, I have never used clay pots before and neither have I ever heard of clay pots for everyday cookware. Honestly, I’m not sure what I would cook first. Maybe some time of soup.
