Chicken Broccoli Chicken Rice Cassarole

Chicken Broccoli Chicken Rice Casserole Made with Simple Ingredients

I used for this casserole baked chicken, basamati rice, frozen broccoli, onion and cream of chicken soup.

1 medium onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans of milk
1 package of frozen chopped broccoli
2 large chicken breasts
2 cups cooked rice (I used basamati)
Salt and Pepper
Crushed chips or onion rings

Cook chicken in hot oil until temp reaches 180º set aside
Saute chopped onion in small amount of olive oil, then add to the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and milk, blend with whisk.

I used a 13×9 dish or pan
To assemble add rice to the bottom then in layers add frozen broccoli, chicken and top with soup, shake the pan to move the soup down through the layers. Season to taste

Garnish with crushed potato chips or onion rings.
I will sometimes add grated cheese on top of chips.

Bake for 45 minutes until heated through. Serve and enjoy!!
