I was approached by Novica with a gift certificate to purchase an item and review. Novica is a unique place to shop an their mission is to connect with artists from around the world, (many that live in rural and remote areas. “Novica” has set up a marketplace/platform Free for these talented artists to market their products. Artists have complete control, free to raise or lower their prices. What I find unique you will find ancient techniques, arts and products that are available for shopping unlike any other website. They even offer microcredit support to artists to expand their business and into other markets. The products that are offered on Novica’s site promote awareness for endangered traditions and arts.
So, because I just started a Yoga class and needed a bag to carry my yoga mat, I chose the Night Passion Bag. As I look at the site, this particular bag is no longer available as with may items on the site they are available in limited quantity. However, there are plenty of others not to mention they also have items for the home decor, men, women and children in clothing, jewelry and paintings.
I was glad I was able to purchase this one. It came packaged so nice I wanted to share with you in handmade paper that actually had leaves in it. A premium wrapping!!
They say good things come in small packages, well I sure think so!!
It is made of sturdy printed material,the bag is lined with black fabric, sturdy black straps, has a zipper closing, and outside pocket, (I can keep my keys and incidentals), a very cute coconut shell hand-carved button in the shape of an elephant. This is a very nice Yoga Mat carrier, I definitely need to get back into practicing – perhaps this fall and then I’ll check out the Novica website.
Actually the carrier is really nice, just a little tight fit but otherwise well made and easy to carry, room for some other things I like to carry. Novia has some really neat things.
