Happy WW to you Karren – have a lovely week!
Have a tanfastic WW! 😉
That’s scary that even though we do our own exams, we can still miss it. It is so important to schedule those exams! That is great news that Cheryl is a survivor!
Hi Karren! I just fixed your link on my blog hop. It took me to a stats page about alexa texas girl’s blog or something like that. Now it’s correct. Have a great W.W.!
It is always great to hear of persons surviving cancer, Thanks for sharing this information and hosting Karren! Beautiful bracelet!
Very important to do routine breast self exam, visit your physician for a yearly exam and have a regular mammograms. My sister is a 6 year breast cancer survivor!
Very important reminder!
i haven’t had a mammogram yet, i am 38, and i think my school board insurance (blue cross/blue shield of florida) includes that with our yearlys when we turn 40…unless there is a problem or a family history of cancer. i do perform self checks though, thank you!
I had my first mammogram this year, since they recommended starting 10 years before the age my mom was diagnosed. But I should do a self exam more often.

Karen – You are awesome for doing survivor feature stories. It’s so important to do self-checks and not just brush off when we’re feeling a bit “odd.” And thanks for the lovely giveaway!
Thanks again, for hosting Wordless Wednesday. Sorry I’m a day late!
