I love to try different oils and shortenings. I never have less than 4 different ones in my kitchen. I love the variety that different oils provides. Recently I have found Palm Shortening from Tropical Traditions. It is one of the best shortenings I have ever used. It is even trans fat-free! Check out my Full Review.
