DIY Earring Jewelry Holder

I decided I needed an earring stand for all my earrings so I can find them and what I decided to do is use a picture frame I found at the thrift store a year ago, for 2 frame $2.00, some felt I already had and a piece of plastic canvas. The only tools I needed was a hot glue gun and a tool to remove the glass.

Supplies for Earring Holder

Glass is removed and replaced with plastic canvas
All I did was cut the plastic canvas to fit the inside of the frame, and used dots of hot glue under the edges to hold in place so it would not shift around. I have seen also where chicken wire can be used as well.

Back after applying felt
I decided before putting the back of the frame on I would to apply felt to the back to leave a space between the canvas and back for the the earrings to fit through the holes.

The back of the earring stand
I attached the back of the picture frame and as you can see, you could hang this on the wall or set on a counter.

Completed Earring stand
This is the completed stand, I also created some “s hooks” for hanging self closing earrings or with backs. So at a glance I can now see my earrings.

What have you created I would love to see!! Share a link in a comment.
