The Cupcakery™ Review: We were out and about the other day and I found the cutest little business here is n Las Vegas, it is called “The Cupcakery”, they are an exclusive bakery that makes wedding cakes, like those you have seen called crazy cakes and gourmet cupcakes, but why I went in was to see what they offered and mostly because I wanted a cupcake, and not just any ole cupcake, a Carrot Cake cupcake called “Bugsy” that has a cream cheese frosting to die for, “well not really” , but oh my gosh it was so good!!! Nothing like I have made before. Not even my homemade!  This is it, this is the one I bought 2, one for me and one for my husband, oh gosh, when we got home, I think my husband was more excited to taste than me, and I can say, they were moist and so good, as I expected it would be. The icing was a creamy cream cheese, so rich with flavor. Yum!!
But then they have so many delicious flavors, Caramel Apple, Cherrylicious, Chocolate Freckles, The Julius, yes like Orange Julius, Mound Of Joy,This Little Piggy, Trip to Graceland, well the list goes on and on. And sugar free! The frostings are hand crafted from real butter and cream cheese while the cakes are baked fresh daily right on location at each store. With NO hydrogenated oils or chemical stabilizers, the end result is beyond expectation.

And heres the best part, I emailed them to ask if  I could sample more in exchange for a review. (I was already in the process writing but thought I would see and sure enough, they said, “Come down and pick out a dozen!) Dont you know I was excited to try other flavors, I felt like a kid in a candy store. Thank you Ricardo for getting back to me for this opportunity!!

You can order online, to pickup or delivery and they currently have 2 locations in Las Vegas and recently opened in Dallas Texas. The owner Pamela Jenkins opened in 2006, selling 275,000 cupcakes her first year, earning her the AOL’S Best Cupcake of the year award!!

Now celebrating 10 years in business, Pamela  has been on Ellen Across America, seen on local TV stations, written about in local Las Vegas newspapers, has been a part of the “Aids For Kids foundation”, raising $100,000. And seen with celebrities here in Las Vegas visiting them backstage to take cupcakes. The Cupcakery

While I was there customers just pop some buying just a few while others were buying a dozen. They seem to fly out of the store.
